We're seeking an organised and proactive Wool Sales Administrator to join our Wool team. This is a fast-paced, varied role where you'll be at the heart of New Zealand's wool industry, working closely with customers, Wool Representatives, logistics teams and industry partners to keep sales, auctions and reporting running smoothly.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating wool sale and auction administration from preparation through to completion

  • Processing sales transactions, invoicing and reporting

  • Supporting customers and Wool Representatives with enquiries and documentation
