Wood Craftsman/Carpenter Apprentice

The Wood Shop Craftsman is responsible and accountable for:

• Maintaining a safe, productive, and timely work environment Fabricating custom architectural woodwork projects and stile and rail wood doors in our woodworking facility with the use of various tools.


• Good workmanship in all activities Coordination with Shop Foreman and Shop Manager as required to ensure the work is completed properly and in alignment with customer expectations.
• Seeks out training on new skills and installation techniques and diligently listens and consistently applies knowledge gained to grow expertise as a craftsman.
• Essential Functions Participate in any and all applicable training opportunities for both safety and this position.
• Report daily job progress to Shop Foreman.
• Work a flexible schedule as needed when work dictates.
• Complete tasks with a safety-first mindset.
