Women's National Squad Physical Performance Coach

We are seeking an ambitious and driven practitioner to support the delivery of world‑class physical performance within the Women’s Senior Programme. Working as part of an integrated performance team, the Physical Performance Coach will play a key role in the physical preparation, monitoring, and return‑to‑performance support of elite female athletes.

In this role, you will support the delivery of world‑class athletic performance services within a Senior International Women’s Rugby programme, contributing to the physical preparation, monitoring, and readiness of athletes competing at the highest level of the game. Working closely with coaching, medical, and performance staff, you will assist in the design and implementation of evidence‑based strength and conditioning programmes that enhance performance, support player availability, and prepare athletes for the demands of international competition and test match rugby.
