• Resourcing the team with quality, skilled Sales Specialists in a manner that is appropriate to the needs of the business
• To identify development needs and skill gaps that are beneficial to the individual and the organisation
• Recruitment of SSs in a timely manner consistent with HR guidelines
• Maintain a high level of face to face or remote contact with SSs including accompanied customer sales calls/meetings
