Women's Department Manager - Vancouver

As the Mens/Womens Department Manager reporting to the Store Manager, your role is to function as an ambassador of the brand while leading the sales team to offer an exceptional customer experience and meet sales and operational objectives in store. You are accountable for leading your department while supporting the Store Manager in ensuring a highly productive work environment and, in the absence of the Store Manager, you are responsible for the success of the business.
