**Position Description & Qualifications**
**Purpose of the Job:**
+ Plan, organize and direct the daily/weekly activities in the Wing Operations Centre, to meet Section service delivery objectives as outlined in the most current Statement of Work. (SOW).
+ Coordinate all aspects of the flying and training operations as outlined in Wing Flying and WOC Orders.
+ Ensure compliance with all Serco Canada Inc. policies and procedures, including but not limited to Code of Conduct and Ethics, Serco Management System, PDR’s, etc.
+ The duties listed within this job description are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by personnel assigned to this position. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required.
