WMS Administrator

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented WMS Administrator to support and optimize our Deposco Warehouse Management System. This role serves as the first line of system support, partnering with Supply Chain, IT, and Operations to keep warehouse processes running smoothly.

Experience with Deposco or Manhattan Associates WMS is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do
 • Configure, maintain, and optimize the Deposco WMS to meet daily operational needs.
 • Troubleshoot and resolve WMS issues; act as the primary support contact for users.
  ○ Train and support warehouse and logistics staff on effective WMS usage; develop training materials, conduct sessions, and maintain user documentation.
  ○ Monitor overall system health and performance, perform routine checks, apply updates or patches, and ensure smooth day-to-day WMS operation.
