**Job Title: Wire Harness Assembler**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on assembling and crimping wire harnesses using hand tools and semi-automatic equipment in a small, collaborative production environment. You will interpret work orders and blueprints, perform inspections and tests, and help ensure that all wire harness assemblies meet quality and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble and crimp wires using hand tools and semi-automatic equipment such as crimp presses and wire strippers.
+ Read and follow wire harness assembly instructions, work orders, and blueprints to ensure accurate and consistent assembly.
+ Conduct functional and continuity tests on wire harnesses and cable assemblies to verify proper performance.
+ Perform visual and dimensional inspections of in-process assemblies and finished products to confirm compliance with specifications.
