Winter Ski and Snowboard Instructor Role

Experience teaching at Whistler Blackcomb as a Certified Ski or Snowboard Instructor for the Winter Season 2026/2027 in Whistler, BC. Deliver quality instruction while ensuring a fun and safe atmosphere for all.
Whistler Blackcomb is looking for passionate instructors with Level 1 or Level 2 certifications. You will be responsible for teaching skiing and snowboarding to guests of different abilities, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining safety standards during lessons.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct group and private skiing lessons
• Cater to guests of all ages and skill levels
• Deliver a safe, engaging learning experience
• Assist with ski school functions and logistics
• Inspire guests to pursue skiing and riding
Requirements:
• CSIA/PSIC/CASI Level 1 certification minimum
• Fluent in English communication
• Available to work weekends and holidays
• Must meet training and safety requirements
• At least 18 years of age
