Responsibilities

Direct and control daily operations

Evaluate daily operations

Plan and organize daily operations

Manage staff and assign duties

Determine staffing requirements

Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages

Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers

Supervise a team of 5–10 people

Qualifications

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

2 to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role

Experience and specialization in wines

Computer and technology knowledge: point of sale system, word processing software, business diagram software, electronic mail, spreadsheet
