Responsibilities

• Direct and control daily operations
• Evaluate daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Determine staffing requirements
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
• Supervise a team of 5–10 people

Qualifications

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience and specialization in wines
• Computer and technology knowledge: point of sale system, word processing software, business dia...
