Job Title: Wine and Bar Supervisor
Responsible to: Resort Food and Beverage Manager
Responsible for Hosting wine, bar and drinks service to guests
Hours: 45 over 5 days
Scope and general purpose
To supervise the smooth, efficient and faultless guest beverage experience at The Torridon. Ensure the team with you on duty are working in a positive, productive, friendly, and fun environment. Exceed the expectations of our guests to +1 service, inspire and create unique memorable experiences of escape and adventure, so everyone feels special.
Main responsibilities:
Guest
Host and coordinate the wine and bar experience for all guests.
Provide in-depth knowledge of all drinks including wine, champagne, cocktails, whisky, non-alcoholic, and all other beverages to assist guests in their choice.
