Windows 11 Deployment Technician

Overview
Our client is seeking Deployment Technicians to support a large-scale Windows 11 upgrade initiative while assisting with general service desk workload. This role is ideal for hands-on IT professionals with strong desktop support experience and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

+ Support enterprise-wide Windows 11 upgrade efforts, including device preparation, imaging, deployment, and post-upgrade troubleshooting

+ Provide desktop support for hardware, software, and operating system issues in both onsite and remote environments

+ Perform device imaging, configuration, and software installation to ensure systems are ready for deployment

+ Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technical issues related to workstations, peripherals, and applications

+ Assist with service desk operations by handling tickets, documenting resolutions, and escalating issues as needed
