Winding engine driver

Kalagadi Manganese Mine is situated in the town of Hotazel 70km from Kuruman, Northern Province.

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to: Communicating winding engine defects to the appropriate supervisor. Co-ordinating winding activities with total process requirements. Completing of winding engine driver logbook. Escalating abnormal operation problems to the Engineer. Responding to standard and special code of signals. Ensure safe operation of the winding plant at all times. Assisting during breakdowns or emergencies. Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills: Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent. Winding Engine Driver's certificate (DMRE Appointed). Onsetter certificate. Good communication skills in English. Suitable candidates must have the following work experience: 5 Years working experience as a Winding Engine Driver in a production shaft.
