Wind Turbine Technician, Electrical

ENERCON is seeking a Wind Turbine Technician to support the on‑site operation and maintenance of wind turbines. This role is primarily based at the Wellandport, Ontario wind site , with optional opportunities to support regional service teams.

Responsibilities

• Executing routine maintenance tasks on wind turbine systems.
• Conducting inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical system issues, proposing and implementing necessary repairs or modifications.
• Collaborating with the maintenance team to implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Utilizing diagnostic tools and techniques for efficient issue resolution.
• Documenting work performed and equipment/materials used digitally via tablets and smartphones.
