The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and the ability to excel in a fast‑paced team environment.

+ Perform all preparation activities for wind turbine blade molds prior to assembly
+ Set up, operate, and maintain equipment used in turbine blade and component assembly
+ Accurately document all preparation, assembly, inspection, and removal processes
