Wind Energy HSE Coordinator (Goderich)

Acuren and its affiliate entities are a leading provider of wind turbine rotor blade inspection, repair, and other services in North America. The Health and Safety Coordinator will work from our Goderich, ON office and support work across Canada.

Full‑time, permanent position offering a comprehensive compensation package including health and dental benefits. Salary range: CA$65,000 – CA$80,000 yearly.

Responsibilities

Field Safety & Oversight

• Conduct regular field safety audits and track results
• Provide safety oversight during shutdowns and site‑based work
• Implement and monitor safety control measures
• Identify and address site‑specific safety risks

Incident Management & Improvement

• Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions
• Support initiatives to improve safety performance trends
• Assist the Manager with priority health and safety action items
