You will work closely with the Site Superintendent to ensure precision in project delivery. Your focus will be on inspecting site work, organizing schedules, and communicating with both team members and trade partners. Being proactive in solving issues will be key to maintaining momentum on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and supervise site activities to meet quality standards
• Actively promote a culture of safety on all projects
• Schedule and oversee concrete work and discipline activities
• Address daily report updates and scheduling adjustments
• Participate in meetings for goal alignment with teams
