Wide Area Network Support Specialist

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SD-WAN Engineer with deep expertise in VeloCloud SD-WAN, Global WAN design, and Cloud Networking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting large-scale enterprise WAN environments.

This role requires strong hands-on experience, customer interaction skills, and the ability to collaborate with OEM vendors and service providers in a global enterprise environment.

Your Role Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design, implement, monitor, and support enterprise-scale VeloCloud SD-WAN solutions.
• Lead global WAN architecture involving MPLS, Internet, and Cloud connectivity.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
