Job Description

The Company
Our client is a fantastic Non-Profit based in the Eastern Suburbs. You will be working within a friendly and collaborative HR Team in a newly created role.
Maintain organisational risk register and action tracking
Provide monthly WHS reports to ELT and bimonthly to Board
Review and improve onsite & WFH guidelines
Provide recommendations on Seating, desk setup, equipment positioning, manual handling practices, aids & room temperatures
In collaboration with P&C, act as the primary liaison with the WorkCover insurer, claims agents, and rehabilitation providers
Monitor and review progress of injured workers, adjusting duties and plans as required
Develop and implement individual RTW plans that support safe, sustainable return to work outcomes Manage return to work process
