We’re looking for an experienced Wheel Specialist to maintain, service, and build high-performance bicycle wheels. The ideal candidate will be confident in diagnosing wheel issues and proficient in truing, tensioning, and dishing wheels to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately true and tension bicycle wheels
• Build wheels from components (rims, hubs, spokes) as required
• Inspect and assess wheel condition, making repair recommendations
• Maintain tools and truing stands in top condition
• Work closely with other mechanics and customers to ensure optimal wheel performance
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
