Weyburn Campus Paramedic Instructor Role

Southeast College is looking for a driven individual to serve as the Main Instructor for the Primary Care Paramedic program at our Weyburn campus. This is a part-time instructor role running every second weekend.
You will lead the Primary Care Paramedic program, ensuring high-quality education through effective planning and instruction. Responsibilities include facilitating lectures, managing labs, and providing small group learning sessions. You will evaluate both the program and student outcomes while fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan lectures and facilitate engaging tutorials
• Evaluate teaching effectiveness and course results
• Manage the adult learning environment per established protocols
• Lead practical labs and skill scenario sessions
• Conduct small group instruction throughout the course
