Your new responsibilities
- To meet KPIs defined in the Wetchem department. Experience knowledge to Wetchem tools (Canon, SVS, Suess, DNS, Tel or Scanner) is a must.
- To support on meeting quality, yield, damage containment, process capability and stability, cost, CpK and other related KPIs 。
- Advance in process window study using standard tools like DoE approach to optimize process in term of cost, and quality.
