WESM Compliance Sr. Specialist

SN Aboitiz Power Group is currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented WESM Compliance Sr. Specialist to join our Regulatory Affairs team and safeguard the integrity of our market transactions!

What you will do:

• Monitor Market Compliance: Proactively monitor SNAP’s Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) compliance through measures such as DCS, OCC, ROCC, and RCS, while maintaining an archive of historical compliance data
• Manage Risks & Resolutions: Conduct root-cause analysis and investigations for potential non-compliance, and prepare documentation for remedies such as appeals and requests for reconsideration
• Audit Operations: Perform comprehensive technical and operational audits of dispatch protocols and system performance to ensure strict adherence to System Operator instructions, WESM rules, and the Grid Code
