Ihre Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten

Sie sind hauptsächlich verantwortlich für:

• Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Kundenveranstaltungen an den Standorten und in den Vertriebsregionen
• Teilnehmerverwaltung - Erstellung von Einladungen, Zertifikaten und Dokumentation im CRM-System
• Buchungsanfragen bei Dienstleistern, Hotels und Eventlocations
• Erstellung von PowerPoint Dateien
