Key Responsibilities

• Call prospective students and explain Koderbox courses.
• Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Make 250–300 outbound calls and follow up with interested students every day.
• Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp until the student makes a decision.
• Update lead status in the CRM after every interaction.
• Convert inquiries into admissions.
