Salary: £24,770 - £27,231 (Pro rata salary £21,954.89-£24,136.20) Incremental progression throughout the band is available.

About the Role

We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic & energetic individual to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to work directly with young people who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

You will be supporting learners during unstructured social hours, empowering them to develop their social skills, make lasting friendships and create a sense of belonging within the college community.
