• Provide a range of high‑quality beauty treatments, including facials, massages and other advanced therapies in line with training and qualifications.
• Ensure all treatments are delivered with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
• Maintain exceptional levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation in all treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Tailor each treatment to the specific needs of members and guests, offering expert advice on skincare and wellness.
• Promote and recommend retail products to enhance the guest experience and encourage aftercare.
