Position Overview

Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The Wellbeing Center of Expertise will develop, implement, and evaluate a multi-year provincial workplace wellbeing strategy. The strategy focuses on a holistic culture of wellbeing, psychological safety, belonging, equity, and meaningful connection through five inter-dependent pillars: People First, Instill Belonging, Foster Purpose, Inspiring Leaders, and Intentional Organizational Action.

Reporting to the Manager, Provincial Wellbeing, the Wellbeing Leader will support the development and implementation of wellbeing initiatives, prevention strategies, and policies that promote holistic wellbeing of the healthcare workforce.
