Wellbeing and Activities Assistant

Overview

A Wellbeing and Activities Assistant will support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a range of activities to engage and stimulate residents' physical, cognitive, and social well‑being. The role involves maintaining a safe environment, reporting changes in residents' conditions, ordering and preparing supplies for activities, and establishing links with the local community to promote intergenerational interaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe living and working environment, contributing to a positive and professional image of the home.
• Report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the Wellbeing and Activity Coordinator, Home Manager, and care staff.
• Support ordering and preparation of supplies for upcoming activities as directed.
