Conduct wellbeing assessments and create personalised plans for residents.
Promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing through one-to-one support and group activities.
Organise and lead wellbeing events, workshops, and social activities.
Offer guidance on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and healthy living.
Maintain accurate wellbeing records and monitor progress.
Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to enhance resident experience.
