Well Engineering Workover-Completion

The Well Engineer – Completions/Workover will focus on:

• Well completion operations and optimization
• Workover (well repair) activities and execution strategies
• Design and implementation of well intervention programs
• Enhancing well performance during post-drilling phases
• Application of engineering tools and methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce risk

To be successful in this role you will:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
• Have 5+ years of experience in completions, workover, well intervention, or related operations
• Demonstrate strong experience in well design, intervention programs, and/or field operations
• Have knowledge or exposure to VCDSE or similar digital engineering platforms
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work in complex environments
