Buhler is looking for a Welding Supervisor for our Manufactruing Operation Start-up located in Torreón, Coahuila.
**Job Overview**
The Welding Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing welding operations within the manufacturing department.
This role ensures that welding activities, including MIG, TIG, and Spot Welding processes, are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards and production schedules.
The Welding Supervisor provides direction, training, and support to welders and related personnel, ensuring that work is performed according to specifications, drawings, and customer requirements.
The position plays a key role in driving productivity, promoting continuous improvement, and maintaining a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability on the shop floor.
