Job Summary
Responsible for the management and coordination of the nd Shift Welding and Fabrication department (: PM – : PM). This role ensures the manufacturing of stainless-steel food packaging equipment is consistent with our client goals to improve facility performance, throughput, and product standards. The supervisor provides leadership to a team of TIG welders working primarily with ga up to ” and stainless steels.
