Welding Engineer

Welding Engineer We are seeking a Welding Engineer to develop, optimize, and support welding processes for automotive metal components in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize welding processes (Spot, MIG, TIG, Laser, Resistance). Support new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot welding issues and drive corrective actions. Ensure compliance with automotive and welding standards (IATF 16949, AWS). Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams. Support PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, and audits. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Welding, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering. 3 years of automotive welding experience. Knowledge of robotic welding and metal materials (steel, aluminum). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Automotive manufacturing environment Robotic & automated welding processes
