Welding Engineer

We are seeking a Welding Engineer to develop, optimize, and support welding processes for automotive metal components in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize welding processes (Spot, MIG, TIG, Laser, Resistance).
• Support new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot welding issues and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with automotive and welding standards (IATF 16949, AWS).
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Support PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, and audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Welding, Mechanical, or Metallurgical Engineering.
• 3+ years of automotive welding experience.
• Knowledge of robotic welding and metal materials (steel, aluminum).
