**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Welder to support steel fabrication by assembling and joining metal components using various welding techniques. This role is responsible for producing high-quality welds while maintaining safety, accuracy, and production efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine weld specifications.
+ Perform welding using MIG, TIG, and stick welding processes as required.
+ Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal surfaces prior to welding.
+ Position, align, and fit steel components prior to welding.
+ Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
+ Operate hand tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment.
+ Set up and maintain welding machines and equipment.
