🕒 **Shifts Available**

+ **Night Shift:** 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM _(OT Fri + some Saturdays)_
+ **Day Shift:** 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

💰 **Pay:** $24.50 – $28.25/hr

🏭 **Environment:** Heavy manufacturing

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform **structural welding & fitting** on **large steel poles**
+ Use **Metalcore & Flux Core (FCAW) welding**
+ Read and follow **blueprints & weld drawings**
+ Fit, align, and assemble **large structural components**
+ Complete required **weld & fitting tests (1G plate)**
+ Inspect welds for **quality & accuracy**
+ Maintain a **safe, clean work environment**

**Requirements**

+ **1+ years structural welding/fitting experience**
+ Experience with **large structural materials**
+ Proficient in **Metalcore & Flux Core welding**
+ Ability to pass **1G weld test (½” plate, metalcore)**
+ Ability to pass **fitting test**
