**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled welders to join our team for both 1st and 2nd shifts. The work involves welding large plate jobs in a dynamic job shop environment. Candidates will focus on executing precise welds, ensuring quality and consistency without the need for blueprint reading. Knowledge of weld symbols is required.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform welding tasks for large plate jobs across various customer requirements.
+ Execute Flux Core Welds using 3/32 wire with precision.
+ Complete a T-Bar Test and a 2G (horizontal) position test, ensuring quality welds.
+ Conduct Bevel Tests post-contract initiation, adhering to x-ray specifications.

**Essential Skills**

+ Minimum 2 years of experience with Flux Core Welds (3/32).
+ Experience welding large plate jobs, including at least 1/4 inch plates.
