**Position Summary**

We are seeking an experienced **Welder/Fitter** to join our growing team in Gadsden, Alabama. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fitting, fabricating, and welding structural steel and miscellaneous metal products according to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication details.
+ Lay out, fit, and assemble structural steel components and fabrication projects.
+ Perform MIG, FCAW, and other welding processes as required.
+ Verify dimensions and maintain tolerances to ensure quality standards are met.
