**Job Title: Welder/Fitter**
**Job Description**
This role combines welding and fitting responsibilities in a fabrication shop environment. You will read and interpret blueprints, fit components accurately, and use hand and power tools to assemble and prepare metal structures. Previous welding experience is helpful but not required, making this a strong opportunity for a fitter with solid industrial experience who wants to further develop welding skills.

**Responsibilities**

+ Read and interpret blueprints to determine dimensions, tolerances, and assembly requirements.
+ Fit and align metal components accurately according to specifications and drawings.
+ Use hand and power tools to cut, grind, drill, and prepare materials for welding and assembly.
+ Perform MIG welding on metal components as needed to complete assemblies and fabrications.
