**Job Title: Welder and Fabricator**

**Job Description**

This role combines hands-on welding and fabrication with general shop support in a busy metal manufacturing environment. You will work primarily with mild steel using MIG welding, with additional TIG welding on stainless steel, to build and adjust frames and sheet metal structures from blueprints and layouts. The position requires precise fabrication, fitting, and assembly work, as well as the ability to operate and adjust welding equipment independently.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG welding on mild steel components, including sheet metal and structural frames, to produce high-quality welds.
+ Perform TIG welding on stainless steel as needed to meet project specifications.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately to lay out, fit, and assemble parts according to design requirements.
