Welder/Fabricator Pay 30/hr

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform welding and fabrication on structural steel components, with a primary focus on I-beams used in the construction industry.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to understand weld symbols, dimensions, and assembly requirements.
+ Set up welding equipment and materials to complete assigned jobs efficiently and accurately.
+ Execute flux core and MIG welding processes to produce high-quality welds on mild steel and structural components.
+ Inspect welds and fabricated parts to ensure they meet quality standards and blueprint specifications.
+ Assist with fitting and fabrication tasks, including positioning, aligning, and assembling structural steel parts, when needed.
+ Work in a production environment to meet daily and weekly output goals while maintaining safety and quality.
