**Job Description**
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced welder and fabricator to work in a temperature-controlled fabrication shop, focusing primarily on sheet metal fabrication with the ability to grow into full-time welding. You will use your fabrication, welding, and blueprint-reading skills to produce high-quality metal components and assemblies while contributing to a collaborative production environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform sheet metal fabrication tasks, including measuring, cutting, forming, and assembling metal components according to specifications and blueprints.
+ Set up and operate fabrication equipment such as press brakes and other shop tools to form and shape metal parts accurately.
+ Execute welding operations on fabricated parts, applying appropriate welding techniques to achieve strong, clean welds.
