**Job Description**

This role offers the opportunity to work as a welder/fabricator in a small, hands-on shop environment, producing a wide variety of custom metal components rather than repetitive assembly-line work. You will use your welding, fabrication, and blueprint reading skills to manufacture finished metal products to precise specifications while contributing to a close-knit, collaborative team.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products to meet customer and project specifications.
+ Interpret and follow engineering blueprints and schematics to ensure accuracy of each project.
+ Create a wide range of custom pieces, including both high-volume runs of a single part and small batches of many different SKUs.
