This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering a four-day working week and a supportive working environment. An established and growing engineering and manufacturing business is looking to recruit an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join its busy workshop team. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with a strong fabrication background, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out MIG welding and fabrication work to a high standard.
• Support the manufacture and modification of vehicle bodies and conversions, including specialist builds and bespoke fabrications.
• Fabricate and assemble vehicle‑related structures, storage systems, trailers, and associated equipment.
• Complete welding work within a manufacturing environment, primarily using mild steel.
