**Job Title: Welder**
**Job Description**
This role involves primarily MIG welding on agricultural and transportation products while interpreting blueprints and setting up welding equipment independently. You will work with a variety of steel thicknesses, use jigs and fixtures to lay out projects accurately, and have the opportunity to learn and perform TIG welding as needed in a growing, shop-based environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG welding on agricultural and transportation products, ensuring strong, clean, and consistent welds.
+ Carry out TIG welding tasks as required, with training provided if you do not yet have TIG experience.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and welding drawings to understand project specifications and requirements.
+ Lay out projects accurately using jigs, fixtures, and clamps before welding.
+ Set up and adjust welding machines independently based on the type of metal and material thickness.
