Welder

**Job Title: MIG Welder**

Pay: 20-24/hr

1st Shift - 5am-3:30pm - M-Th.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Perform MIG welding on stainless steel parts and assemblies
+ Set up and operate welding equipment for different jobs
+ Read blueprints and weld symbols to complete work accurately
+ Measure and apply basic shop math for precise fabrication
+ Inspect welds to ensure quality and strength standards
+ Assist with part preparation and fabrication tasks
+ Adapt to changing projects in a fast-paced job-shop environment
+ Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace

**Requirements:**

+ MIG welding experience or welding certification
+ Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
+ Basic math and measurement skills
+ Knowledge of welding safety practices
+ Experience with stainless steel preferred
+ Team player with strong attention to detail
