**Job Summary**

The Welder performs repair MIG welds on warehouse components, ensuring all parts meet quality and production standards. This role focuses on correcting missed welds from robotic systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Perform MIG weld repairs on production parts
+ Inspect and correct missed or defective welds
+ Read and interpret blueprints for weld specifications
+ Maintain production pace while ensuring quality
+ Load parts into fixtures or machines as needed
+ Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace

**Qualifications**

+ MIG welding experience with strong weld quality
+ Ability to read blueprints
+ Able to pass a weld test
+ Strong attention to detail and reliability
+ Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
