Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and fabrication, is seeking a Welder to join their dedicated team. As a Welder, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the assembly and fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Welder

**Location:** Selma, AL

**Pay Rate: $17.00/hr temp-to-perm (pay bumps when you go perm)**

**Shift Options:** 1st (M-Th 4:00AM - 2:30PM) & 2nd (M-Th 2:30PM - 1:00AM). Both shifts have the possibility of mandatory overtime on Saturdays (8hrs) depending on production needs.
